Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted on non-consumable items.

Eligible for Returns:

• Non-consumable products such as earrings and accessories

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Not Eligible for Returns:

• Consumable or personal care products, including (but not limited to):

  • Lotions

  • Skincare products

  • Oils

  • Any item that has been opened or used

These items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will gladly make it right.
